Parriott Remodel

A truly extensive remodel of a 70's slump block ranch-style home. The Parriott's were looking to make this into a true get-away for their family. The lot borders Coconino National Forrest to the south, with incredible views that were not previously taken advantage of.
In conjunction with Haas Construction Co., we expanded the footprint of the house to accommodate a new master suite and guest suite. New roof trusses throughout allowed for 11' ceilings in the new living room which looks out onto the views.
