10 Crimson is a compact yet accommodating speculative design geared toward retirees who require downsized living space for themselves, but who also entertain family / friends for longer term visits.  Designed to sit on a sloping lot, the two levels serve these individual needs.  

Primary living happens at garage (upper) level, while extended living occurs on the lower level.  The physical separation is ideal for extended-stay visits, ensuring privacy and space
